Legal Receptionist & Paralegal

Our legal receptionist and paralegal both come with their own diverse experiences and backgrounds. They are the gatekeepers to the office, whether answering phones or greeting clients and are available to handle nearly every aspect or situation you may be facing.

When the attorney is in trial or unavailable, you will find that they are willing to help you at a moment’s notice and will make sure your situation is handled promptly and professionally.

Together, they work closely with clients and assist in all aspects of litigation to include, but certainly not limited to, scheduling court dates, reviewing discovery, and client billing.

As legal professionals, they understand the complexities of the legal issues you are facing, but they are also able to personally assist clients in navigating the emotional roller coaster that often arise in legal cases.
